We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you buy from Annie’s Tea Time. If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, we will refund the price of the product. We ask you to pay the shipping charges. If you want to exchange the product for another one, we ask you to pay shipping to send out the exchanged product.

If the return is a result of our error, we will gladly refund both the product and shipping cost.

How to Return Your Order

We will provide a refund according to your method of payment upon receipt of your return.
Please be sure to put the reason for your return on your sales receipt. If you do not have a copy of your sales receipt, write your name, address, email and reason for return on a separate piece of paper.
